Virtual Accredited Courses

Now more than ever, employers attention needs to be on staff wellbeing, workplace nurturing, brand reputation and bottom line added value.

After delivering uncredited, MHFAEngland courses for over 10 years I’ve seen the positive start differences and added value of these two I-act courses compared to MHFAEngland’s offering:

  1. Both of the I-act courses below are proactive – with over 50 self care tools their goal is to reduce the risk of mental ill health by raising wellbeing and resilience..
  2. Both are specifically written for the workplace and deal with making the whole environment an optimum entity for wellbeing, empowerment and resilience
  3. Both are accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists meaning delegates receive a meaningful certificate on completion.

Both courses are delivered internationally including Turkey, USA, Australia, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Dubai, Bahrain and Ireland.

Accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists, the courses delivered virtually are bespoke for the workplace tailored for managers and a separate one for non-management employees.

Both manuals contain over 50 tools for self help and 95 referral organisations as well as a further 160+ pages of valuable information.

I am Accredited, licensed and approved to deliver these two courses. If you are interested in running either/both for your business, get in touch.

Costs per head or group booking rate include manual, P&P to home address, certificate and registration, pen, badge, reference card, accreditation from Royal College of Psychiatrists. Registration is valid for 3 years for both courses.

I am also accredited to deliver the FAA level 1, 2 and 3 in First Aid for Mental Health. Each course is regulated by Ofqual and SQA in Scotland. The qualification at each level sits on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

The film below features the importance of physical first aid in the workplace that we all take seriously. BUT, it also shows how vital having First Aid for Mental Health and Wellbeing is….. check it out

Level 1 is a four hour workshop to raise awareness.

Level 2 is a six hour workshop delivering more knowledge.

Level 3 is 12 hours in total delivering First Aider skills in Mental Health.

A robust package of accredited courses for every level of employee ensuring workplaces are positive, nurturing and inclusive. This accreditation makes these three levels of training stand out from others in the field.
