Why I created Learning to Action™

I’ve spent more than 20 years working with people, managers and organisations.

I’ve seen excellent training create enthusiasm in the room — but little lasting change afterwards.

I’ve also seen what happens when people are given the opportunity to reflect, practise, question, problem-solve and receive support while implementing what they’ve learned.

That’s when learning starts to become behaviour.

And behaviour is what changes workplaces.

That’s why I created Learning to Action™.

What can Learning to Action™ be used for?

The methodology can be applied to a range of workplace challenges, including:

  • Manager and leadership capability
  • Neuroinclusion
  • Psychological safety
  • Mental health and wellbeing
  • Communication
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Conflict management
  • Resilience
  • Workplace relationships
  • Organisational and behavioural change

The subject matter can change.

The principle doesn’t: learning only creates value when people can use it.
