As a manager – how’s your juggling?

As a manager, how many balls can you juggle continuously before dropping one?

2? 3? 4? more?

Are you conscious of the balls you might be juggling? And/or the balls you might be in danger of dropping? What would be the impact if you did?

Serious questions many managers rarely ask themselves.

As a manager your team is looking to you for guidance, support, learning, direction, encouragement, understanding, growth – and so much more.

Your line management is tasking you with a whole other set of balls to juggle – deadlines, innovation, structural changes, cost savings and so on.

It is easy to assume behaviours and actions you see in the workplace are due to ‘attitude’.

Would it make sense to know rather than assume?

Workplaces are predominantly neurotypical but not all minds that work there are!
