I am astonished by this choice today,
To see Growing Talent fade away.
For it was the chance that changed my life,
A guiding light through doubt and strife.
Without that path, I cannot see
The person I was meant to be.

Though not all recognise your gain.
The lives you’ve shaped, the hope you’ve sown,
Have reached far further than is known.
