This week, I take a look back at the journey over the past 12 years in film.
The films are of their age and talk about the Growing Talent programme as it was then – not how it evolved to its end point.
But what startled me on playing the films is the issues the participants talk about remain relevant today.

Today I revisit Sholape’s story.
At the time, Sholape was a recent graduate with a passion for arts and creativity. Both parents were strong role models. Each fiercely ambitious with their own business. Leading Sholape to have a passion to ultimately run her own business.
