Having 10 jobs left unfilled on the current Growing Talent was a bit of a shock!
We’re currently working on a website, advertising and PR plan to spread the word directly. In the meantime, there will be an information sharing session with 10 representatives from housing associations, colleges and JobCentre Plus ahead of the next planned rowing Talent in early 2015.
I am amazed with the robust framework of Growing Talent and the guaranteed permanent full-time job on completion that places are left unfilled.
Hopefully the new PR and communication plan will rectify this.
As someone once said ‘if you want something doing well, do it yourself’!
