For organisations looking for a standalone learning solution with initial support to help embed learning.

Tier 2 — Implementation

£4,500 + VAT

For organisations that don’t simply want people to attend training — they want them to use it.

Everything in Training Plus, followed by a structured four-week implementation programme.

Week 1 — Q&A and Reflection

What landed? What needs clarification? Where are the opportunities to use the learning?

Week 2 — Implementation Coaching

Turning knowledge into practical workplace actions and addressing early barriers.

Week 3 — Case Study & Problem Solving

Working through real situations, exploring what’s happening in practice and strengthening confidence.

Week 4 — Review & Next Steps

Reviewing progress, identifying what’s changed and agreeing how learning continues to be embedded.

Best suited to:

Organisations seeking practical behavioural change rather than a standalone learning event.

Tier 3 — Implementation Plus

£6,250 + VAT

For organisations wanting deeper, longer-term implementation support.

Everything included in Tier 2, plus:

12 weeks of virtual 1:1 check-ins

Individual support gives people a confidential space to work through real workplace situations as they arise.

This can help participants:

  • overcome implementation barriers
  • build confidence
  • reflect on difficult situations
  • apply learning to their individual role
  • maintain accountability
  • develop new approaches over time

Best suited to:

Organisations investing in managers, leaders or key individuals where sustained behavioural change and individual implementation support are particularly important.
