Supporting delegates to reflect on learning and identify opportunities to apply it.

Week 2 – Implementation Coaching
Helping individuals translate knowledge into practical workplace actions.

Week 3 – Case Studies and Problem Solving
Exploring real workplace challenges and agreeing practical solutions.

Reflecting on progress and identifying opportunities to continue embedding change.
