All information necessary to deliver learning. Contact details and evaluations for I-Act are kept by them. See their Terms on how they use this.
Personal data is never sold on to 3rd parties.
You have the right to have your information removed by contacting Jane James’s Consultancy Limited via e-mail.
Lawful basis for processing
To issue CPD Certificates, send electronic materials for workshops, retain records for coaching.
How long is information held?
On completion of the training package, personal data is removed.
Who you share it with
To ensure smooth payment transactions, data may be shared with Stripe.
If the global accredited I-Act programme is selected, data will be shared with them for accreditation purposes.
