The key is to find a tool that suits you and utilise it each day – even if you feel you don’t need it. Routine builds automatic habit over time, especially when practised at the same time each day. Just two minutes is all it takes. You will gain more awareness to recognise when the pressure is on and have the increased resilience to deal with it before it becomes overwhelming.
