As well as delivering my own workshops, I always ask delegates to give their evaluations on the content and my delivery after each session.
What has been particularly cool for me, is the updated evaluation from the Head of Department below. After reflecting on the learning from the course some weeks ago and making changes, they wanted to update their evaluation which is awesome.
Letting someone know the difference they made to you weeks later empowers and inspires them feeding their energy to continue delivering training.
Never hold back on updating your evaluation – even if on reflection there were negative elements – it enables the Instructor to learn to.
